A residential program where every detail commits the developer's credibility.

The project owner sought a partner able to guarantee execution matching the premium positioning of Riviera Golf 4: impeccable structural quality, controlled trade coordination, and finishes aligned with the expectations of the most demanding buyers.

The main challenge was the overall coherence of the project. An R+2 building with basement in this area tolerates no approximations: structural works, secondary works, facades and common areas all had to converge toward the same level of perceived quality.

  • Technical basement requiring mastery of foundations and waterproofing.
  • Multi-apartment program with acoustic and thermal comfort requirements.

Coordination of all trades, planning of execution phases and management of interfaces between structural works, secondary works and finishes.

Structural works

Earthworks, reinforced foundations for the basement, load-bearing wall construction, cast-in-place slabs and weatherproofing of the entire R+2.

Technical secondary works

Electrical installations, sanitary plumbing, basement and roof terrace waterproofing, aluminum joinery and railings.

Finishes & perceived quality

Facade renders, interior and exterior painting, floor coverings, sanitary tiles and premium-level treatment of common areas.

Exterior amenities

Vehicle access, fencing, green spaces and surroundings treatment for a perception consistent with the Golf 4 standing.

Quality control & handover

Lot-by-lot inspections, defect resolution and structured handover to ensure each item complies with the initial specifications.
