Context & challenges
A villa where quality of life and perceived quality had to converge from delivery.
The project owner wanted a duplex villa that went beyond simply following a plan: every space had to be designed for daily comfort, natural circulation between levels and overall coherence between volumes, light and finishes.
Akouedo, a residential area rising in value, imposes a quality standard that will be directly compared by the neighbourhood. The villa therefore had to assert a high-end positioning visible both on the facade and in the interior.
