Context & challenges
An existing asset to be fully recovered to relaunch its operation.
The owner faced a property whose overall condition no longer met the standards expected for quality residential use. The triplex villa required major intervention: structural diagnostic, network overhaul, complete modernization of finishes and reconfiguration of certain spaces.
The challenge went beyond simple cosmetic renovation. The goal was to restore the asset to a quality level that justifies its heritage value, while precisely deciding which items to keep, which to rebuild and which to modernize.

Strengthening of degraded load-bearing elements, waterproofing restoration, crack treatment and consolidation of sensitive points identified during diagnostic.

Bringing electrical and plumbing installations up to standard, replacing aging pipes and modernizing water points.

New floor coverings, interior and exterior painting, modern joinery, tiles and space treatment to reach the intended standing.
Remote management
Logistics organization adapted to the Burkinabe context, structured site monitoring and coordination of local teams with JERU standards.
